The top three crew members; Paige, Gustavo, and Eddie, are Lester's most elite crew, and all know each other from at least as far back as GTA:O. Now take the Pac Standard heist. For the crew members, I'm thinking I'll do Charlie for gunman (good rating, 7% cut), Taliana for driver (good rating, 7% cut) and then Paige for hacker (expert rating, 9% cut).
